Under the spell of the monster again, barely able to either walk or wake. Tired. Sick and tired. Wanting to feel well. Lights flashing, room spinning, how it comes so fast and furious, out of nowhere. If only the weather would figure out what it would do; maybe I can feel well.
For now, back to bed.

I've just discovered your blog. Do you make a connection of your migraines with the full moon? I'm having my menstrual migraine now and it coincides with the full moon, sometimes just preceding the full moon (which is on the 9th), and besides influencing menstruation it also seems to bring about a change in the barometric pressure, compounding the situation. Any thoughts?

Take care of yourself. My SIL is in bed on day 4 of her migraine and it's at the very sick point for her.
